In the spirit of self-love Valentines day, I went along to The Ladies Network and Central Park Sydney’s exhibition and pop-up Nobody’s Baby. It’s a show championing art, self-love, autonomy and friendship. As Ru-Pual puts it, “If you can’t love yourself, how in the hell you gonna love somebody else.” If you’re in Sydney, go check it out, it’s on tomorrow 12th Feb from 9am to 5pm (address below). A portion of artist’s sales and gold coin donations go towards furthering marriage equlity. Yes, this is something we’re still having to work towards in Australia… I know right. You’ll be seeing artists Monika Behrens, Jordyn McGeachin, Kitty Callaghan, Carla Uriarte, Nadia Hernandez and more. If you’re not local, check out these photos and also The Ladies Network to discover the amazing artists behind this work.
